I am a devoted signature Cookie Do fan. I eat it on its own, I bake it, I also make my own ice cream and then I use a small scooper and top my creations to bring them to the next level. There is nothing like this cookie dough. It’s so creamy and decadent. The brookie and cake batter are so worth ordering, it’s like a little treat for future me. The BEST way I’ve found to eat it, is to let it sit at room temperature for a bit before eating (it’s good for up to 4 hours room temp). So if I’m bringing some as an after gym treat it’s perfect to bring because it will be ready to eat by the time I’m done.
