Wow! You guys are the best!

First of all, THANK YOU, from the bottom of our hearts! We are so, so humbled and astonished and excited to even have a line - let alone a constant, steady stream of people coming through our doors that share our love of cookie dough. We really have the best fans and customers ever! Also, thank you for your patience and your understanding as we figure out all this craziness in real-time. We're working hard to bring you DŌlicious cookie dough, to put a smile on your face, and to provide you with an experience that is like no other. We are growing and learning and are so excited to have you along for the ride! Out of necessity, we've dōveloped a few rules and regulations when it comes to queuing and ordering.

Let's DOUGH this...

It's cold out and we're trying to keep things moving, so for now, there is a

4 item limit per person.

As an FYI (and sorry to disappoint), we are CLOSED to the public on Mondays.

Other days, our line typically starts forming around 9 am. We open at 10 am. Expect to stand in line for 1- 4 hours, depending on the day/time. You will get a ticket in line, and will not be served unless you have a ticket. The only way to get a ticket is to stand in line.

We close our doors at:

9 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays.

& at 10 pm on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays.

Unfortunately, if you are not inside our doors by closing time, we cannot serve you. Sorry!

We recommend getting in line early, as we run out every single day. We are a bakery, making fresh cookie dough creations daily.  Flavors are subject to availability. We typically start running out an hour before close.

If we sell out and decide to close early, we will be updating our social media to inform you.

We do our best to warn the line when we are selling out and closing soon, sending members of our team out on a regular basis to chat with people in line.

Where does the line start?

The line forms on the SE corner of West 3rd and LaGuardia Place.

You will receive a ticket in line from one of our line attendants (be nice to them - they stand outside in the cold ALL DAY LONG) :)

Please be courteous to our neighbors and keep your voices down - especially in the evenings.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
