It’s been a few crazy weeks since the launch of my new cookbook, “Hello, Cookie Dough”!! Luckily, it’s been filled with all things sweet - a cross-country tour, lots of appearances, fun events, cookie dough classes and many signed books! I’m so appreciative of the support and love that I’ve received! THANK YOU ALL! It’s been so inspiring to see what you’re baking and who you’re sharing your creations with; keep it up!

Now that I have a minute to breathe, I want to throw it back to launch week! One of my favorite moments was the EPIC party we threw to celebrate the book with our friends, family, and the team that brought the book to life. I teased a few photos on social, but I’ve been looking forward to spilling all the details of what happened that night. Ugh, if I could only relive it and invite you all!

First, our generous friends at OXO let us set up in their gorgeous open kitchen which has amazing views of the Hudson River. Not only did they let us totally take over and transform their space (down to turning the lights PINK!), they also provided all the party essentials – tools for the bar, POP containers for every guest, mixing bowls to fill with dough, and even cookie scoops in the goodie bags. THANK YOU OXO! You guys are the best!

We had a Make-Your-Own Sprinkle Mix Bar so everyone could exercise their creative side and bring home a custom mix to sprinkle on all the recipes they make from the book. Thanks to my friend Rosie at Sweetapolita (and OXO for the Pop containers) for making it happen!

The DIYs didn’t stop at sprinkles. There was also a cookie dough station cranking out fresh dough all night! Guests could personalize the dough with their favorite mix-ins and then pack it up to enjoy at home. (Pretty much the ultDŌmate late night snack.)

Of course there were tons of treats made from the recipes in Hello, Cookie Dough: Coopcakes, Brookie Bars, “Oh, Fudge,” Cake Batter Cookies, Un-Bake-A-Balls, Cookie Milk Shots, The Ult-DO-mate Cookie Lover’s Cake, Cookie Dough Crispies, just to name a few!

For something more savory, Blank Slate made a dreamy grazing table (think of the prettiest charcuterie board you’ve ever seen, then super size it) that people were RAVING about all night long.

And then we had passed hors’dourves from our fab caterer, AD Catering, who served Truffled Tuna Tartar, Avocado & Toasted Corn Tostada, and a Wild Mushroom Crostini.

Wölffer Estate wine, wine spritzers from Ramona, and three delicious cocktails served by our awesome bar tender kept the party going. I was in love with the pink French 75 Spritz made with Prohibition Distillery Gin that looked oh so good in our custom “Hello” cups. I have to say, this girl likes her pink accents!

I signed books, we all got silly in the photobooth, and at some point I thanked everyone for coming out in the rain (of course it had to be the worst rain storm in months! But rain is good luck or something like that right?).

Then, everyone left with our sprinkle coated gift bag filled with heat-treated flour, baking mixes, gift cards, cookie scoops, donut cookies, spatulas, and more!

Ok, seriously, can we redo this party now? THANK YOU to all of our wonderful partners for contributing to such an amazing party. You are the reason our Hello, Cookie Dough launch is such a sweet memory!!
