Molly Yeh's Mini Cones + Cookie Dough
February is the sweetest month of the year. Even if you're skipping Valentine's Day, there's extra chocolate in stores, plenty of pink and red treats in the office, and hearts galore filling your inbox.
We were inspired by Molly's love of Italian Rainbow Cookies to create a cookie dough flavor as delicious as the classic cookie, it's a match made in collaboration heaven! Her flavor Molly's Rainbow Cookie is available in the Vday with Yeh pack.
This dough is packed with almond flavor, drizzled with dark chocolate, then topped with lots and lots of festive Valentines Day sprinkles, because who doesn't love sprinkles?! Just like Italian rainbow cookies our collaboration flavor is stacked high with three colorful layers: green, white, red OR pink, white, purple. One for the classic crowd and one for the Valentine's Day lovers.
No matter which color you dig into first, it will definitely look cuter on one of these homemade mini cones that Molly created. They are small enough that one is just a *little* snack, not a whole dessert.
