You went ahead and got yourself a treat. Or your Mom got you exactly what you wanted for your birthday! Or maybe, your best friend asked you to be a bridesmaid in the sweetest way possible.

No matter how you got here, you have some delicious, gourmet, edible, bakeable, cookie dough, and you’re not sure what to do next. The easy answer is dig right in!

Once you’ve had your fill of our totally safe-to-eat cookie dough, there are so many possibilities of things to dough next. Here are a few of our favorites:

Store It

Everyone wonders how long they can store our dough. I don’t like artificial preservatives! The dough from the shop is just like the stuff you made in your kitchen at home growing up. It uses typical baking ingredients like flour, sugar, and baking soda. Nothing we can’t pronounce or understand! Our dough is good in the refrigerator for three weeks. You can store it in the freezer for up to three months.

As far as leaving it at room temperature, the preservative-free nature of our doughs means they can only be at room temperature for three to four hours. Keep these sweets in the fridge!

Warm It

You know that bite at the very center of a fresh baked cookie? The one that is still molten? How would you like a whole bunch of that?? Well, I’ve got you covered.

Microwave about two ounces of dough (the size of one of our taster jars) on 80 percent power for 18 seconds. For a whole 8 ounce container go 90 percent power for 25 seconds. I know the math doesn’t seem to add up, but I’m telling you, these are the perfect settings for melt-in-your-mouth cookie dough heaven.

Bake It

If you somehow resist eating all of your dough as is, our dough is totally bakeable. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until your desired doneness. Bake times will vary depending on how large you’re making your cookies, so keep an eye on the oven! Don’t forget to use your trusty cookie scoop to keep your cookies coming out perfect every time.

Use It

Since you can store DŌ in the freezer for up to three months you can use it little by little for a long time! Break off a few pieces to top a cheesecake, throw a bit into your ice cream sundae, or scoop a little into a mug of hot cocoa to keep the cookie dough magic going for months.
